Allison provides business structuring, non-profit planning, estate planning, trusts planning and income tax planning advice through Kith + Kin Law Practice.In addition, her office provides information and records management services, tailored legal documentation, and tax back-up support in collaboration with accountants.She has represented owner-managed businesses, incorporated professionals, and taxpayers in tax controversies with Canadian tax authorities.Allison is experienced and knowledgeable in tax planning for private companies and owner-managers. She identifies and develops opportunities for both active and passive business owners and participants alike in their set-up, acquisition, disposition and other transactions in their businesses. She works with owners to form a longer-term perspective in their succession and estate planning.In her spare time, Allison trains at Mendoza Boxing Club, sings with a local Cantonese Hymn Sing, and serves her local church community.
